I spent years looking for something rigorous, heart-felt, and built for our generation. I couldn't find it. So I built it.

I am a Gen X, midlife woman. The woman I was in my 20s who trekked across Nepal seeking Buddhist wisdom now wants to know what this whole midlife thing is actually about.

For more than 25 years I've worked with accomplished women asking the same questions: What comes next? What's required to create a life with deeper meaning around the things I care about now? I've watched what happens when capable women function inside structures they've quietly outgrown. And I've watched what happens when they don't.

We are not our mothers. We're not going to follow existing models that missed the mark on our generation's psychological makeup. The Midlife Curriculum is what I built when I realized the gap between who accomplished Gen X women are and how they're living isn't shrinking. It's growing. And we have limited time to close it.

The Six Domains

The full map of your midlife.

Over the year, the community rotates through each domain — giving you real time to work on each part of your life, not just read about it.

01

Personal Growth & Identity

Updating who you are — from the woman who was useful to everyone else, to the woman who has room for her own power, rage, play, and desire.

02

Physical & Embodiment

Health as capacity and agency, not performance. Gen X bodies navigating midlife inside a culture that never accounted for caregiving in two directions.

03

Relationships & Connection

Midlife relationship pivots — staying, leaving, renegotiating. Building a support web so you're not the single point of failure holding everything up.

04

Creative & Professional

The second-wave career that uses your expertise without burning you out. Small, well-designed experiments. Work that aligns with your values.

05

Financial & Security

Gen X reality on the table: sandwich generation finances, retirement landscapes with fewer pensions, and what redefining "enough" actually looks like.

06

Spiritual & Meaning

What purpose looks like after decades of being useful. Your Gen X Midlife Manifesto — not how to age gracefully, but what you want to prove is possible.

The gap between who you are and who you want to be is closable.

But it requires more than thinking about it. It requires structure, support, and women beside you doing the same work. That's what this year is.

The Midlife Rite of Passage Community

The Midlife Rite of Passage Community •

This is for you if:

You recognize yourself in at least a few
of these.

✓ You've done the thinking. You need the doing — with structure and accountability.

✓ You feel like you've outgrown your life, but have no interest in burning it down.

✓ You're tired of being told "this will pass" when you know something deeper is happening.

✓ You're managing work, aging parents, kids or no kids, health shifts — all at once.

✓ You want real conversations, not bypassing or productivity hacks.

✓ You're well-resourced (therapy, books, discipline) and still something is missing.

✓ You want a community that matches your sophistication and your exhaustion equally.

✓ You know you can't close this gap alone. You've tried.

What you get

Everything included in your year.

Midlife Navigation Course

A clear roadmap through the six domains of midlife. Replay access for every session so life doesn't knock you off track. You leave with language for what's shifting, awareness about what needs your attention the most and where you're headed.

↗ Your Midlife Manifesto & Action Plan

Your Curated Pod

6–10 Gen X women placed with you intentionally. Light structure so it's not a venting session. Optional voice-note thread between calls. These are your peers for the year — the people who get it without explanation.

↗ Built-in belonging from day one

Monthly Live Teachings + Q&A

Two live sessions each month: one deep-dive teaching with Leah on the domain of the month, plus a second session for Q&A, hot seats, or a guest expert. Bring what's actually happening in your life — this isn't curriculum for curriculum's sake.

↗ 24 live sessions over the year

Weekly Reflection & Renewal Hour

A consistent, lightly guided hour each week to come back to yourself. What pulled on you. What fed you. What needs to change. A gentle nervous-system-friendly practice, not another productivity workshop. One hour that makes the whole week make sense.

↗ 52 touchpoints to stay on track

Book Club & Movement Practices

Curated books for each domain. Walking prompts and walkie-talkie audio from Leah you can take on your commute or morning walk. Bite-sized, body-based practices that fit a real Gen X day — no blank calendar required.

↗ Embodied practice, not just ideas

Full Resource & Replay Library

Access for the full year to all course recordings, community teachings, Q&As, meditations, and domain worksheets. When life throws a curveball — and it will — you have a toolbox to return to.
